Think positive. We hear that piece of advise thrown around a lot. I find that damn near impossible to do. 'Act positive' however, I think I can manage. I can slow down the pace of my reaction. Take time to breathe, calm down and give my thoughts the time and space to find a positive solution when they are good and ready.

Inspiration truly lies in the small things and acts of bravery we do every day when nothing stops us from doing the things we love. Let's keep our focus on that positive things we can do.

So, Yes. Literally. Next time things get difficult, stop. Take a walk. Get some sunshine on your face, and breathe. The shadows will fall behind you.
