Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day saying, 'I'll try again tomorrow.'
- Mary Anne Radmache

I can’t remember how it felt not knowing days of the week, but I remember clearly the high that I felt when I woke up one morning as a 3 or 4 year old and found that I could recite all the days of the week. My guess is that everyone I sang it out to already had that information, but they were sufficiently happy with my achievement that the moment has stuck with me.

Now whenever I am trying to figure out something that in the moment seems too complex for my tiny brain, in the middle of complete confusion and drawing blanks, I always have a sense of peace. I take in all the information I can and wait; because I know that the clarity, the high and the high fives are just around the corner. I just need to wait.

Here’s to your journey of peaceful discovery littered with the highs of success!
